Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the validity period before accepting any offer.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
